Your guest list, today
Export your guests from rezStream as a spreadsheet and bring it into LodgeOS. You see what will happen before anything is saved: who is new, who is already there, and which rows can’t be matched. Duplicates are matched, not doubled.
Your rentals, rates and seasons
Set up once in LodgeOS, with photos and amenities. Seasons and rates then roll into next year with a preview of what changes.
Your future reservations
There is no automatic import from rezStream today. How to bring your future reservations over, and when to switch, is something we plan with you on the demo.
Marketing consent starts fresh
An imported guest list never carries email or text consent, so marketing waits until a guest says yes in LodgeOS.
Go live when you’re ready, with an undo
LodgeOS won’t switch your resort on until the basics are in place: your resort details, your rentals with a photo, seasons and rates with no gaps, taxes, a deposit policy, card payments and an email address for replies. Going live is one switch, and so is going back.
