Store and payments
Ring it up. Charge the cabin. Get paid.
The store register, the guest’s bill and online card payments are one system, so the numbers agree.
A register for the camp store
Ring up goods and food, take cash or card, add a tip and keep a cash drawer. Taxes are set by category.
Charge it to the cabin
Put a purchase on a guest’s stay. It counts toward their balance, and a voided ticket comes back off it.
Guests pay on your page
Card payments happen on a LodgeOS page, not on someone else’s checkout. The money goes to your bank through Stripe.
Deposits with pay-by dates
Set a schedule, such as half at booking and the rest before arrival. A guest booking close to arrival owes what is already due.
One link per family
A group gets one payment link, split by cabin, with what is owed and when shown plainly.
Part of one platform
See it on a working resort.
Thirty minutes on a video call. Bring your questions.
